Had a conversation this week with an agent on a coaching call, and they were upset because they had a few transactions fall apart. Things get dangerous when we attach ourselves to outcomes, deals are always going to fall apart, and leads are always going to disappear, which is why we need to focus on the process that produces the leads and deals and not the end result.
